Portable Criticized For Dissing Asake Over Grammy Loss.

Nigerian controversial singer who is musically known as Portable has been criticized for dissing fellow artists Asake, who recently lost out on the Grammy win for the 67th award show.

On February 4, the controversial artists previewed a diss track which he recorded about Asake’s loss and for wearing camouflage at the award show.

It sould be recalled that Asake lost to Tems who won the Best African Music Performance category ahead of Yemi Alade‘s ‘Tomorrow’, Chris Brown’s ‘Sensational’ feat Davido & Lojay, and Burna Boy’s ‘Higher’

Portable took to his instagram account to sing: “You wore an army uniform to receive a Grammy, your papa no be army. You wanted to win a Grammy but they didn’t give you one.”

Netizens were not happy that Portable’s chosed to diss Asake and so they took to the comment section to express their annoyance calling him a ‘hater’ and ‘jealous.’
